Social is located on the Main Menu > Social . The first thing to do is goto Main Menu > Social > Invite friends Area . Choose a storm ID and you are ready! Post on wall's get lot's of neighboors by this.
Say on their wall: Cleaned your City - Please add me as your neighboor. My Storm ID is: (Your storm Id Here).Thank You
